Risk & Simulation Disclaimer

Last updated June 17, 2026 · Version 1.0.0

Please read this carefully. It explains what fxFundedSim is — and, just as importantly, what it is not.

fxFundedSim is a simulation and a game. All trading on the platform uses historical or delayed market data in a simulated environment. There is no real money, no real brokerage or exchange order execution, and no real funded trading account involved. “Profits,” “payouts,” “funding,” “evaluations,” and leaderboard standings are part of the game and have no cash value. Nothing on fxFundedSim is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

1.A simulation, not real trading

fxFundedSim (fxFundedSim LLC) is an educational and competitive trading simulator. You practice trading strategies against historical or delayed market data. You are not buying, selling, or holding any real security, futures contract, currency, commodity, option, or other financial instrument. No orders are routed to any exchange, broker, or liquidity provider. We are not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant (FCM), introducing broker, registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, money manager, or financial institution, and we are not registered with or regulated by the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any other financial regulator.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm, broker, exchange, or data provider. Names of firms, products, or methodologies that may appear in educational content are used for identification and teaching purposes only.

2.No real money & no current payouts

As of the date above, fxFundedSim does not accept deposits of trading capital, does not custody funds for trading, and does not pay out real money based on simulated results. Subscription fees pay for access to the software and its features only. Any in-game currency, “funded” status, simulated payout, prize, or reward has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and confers no ownership or financial interest.

If we ever introduce features involving real money, real prizes, or real funded capital, those features will be governed by separate, clearly-presented terms and rules, and this disclaimer will be updated accordingly.

3.Not financial advice

All content on fxFundedSim — including charts, market data, analytics, the AI Mentor, tutorials, community posts, and any commentary — is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is general in nature, is not personalized to your circumstances, and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any real financial decision.

4.AI Mentor limitations

The AI Mentor is an automated, educational tool. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out-of-date, may “hallucinate,” and does not know your financial situation. It does not provide trading signals, buy/sell calls, or personalized advice. Do not make any real-world trading or financial decision based on it. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.

5.Trading involves substantial risk

Trading futures, options, currencies, and other leveraged instruments in the real world carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment. Skill or results in a simulation do not translate into real-world results. Simulated trading has inherent limitations and does not involve real financial risk, real liquidity, real slippage, or the psychological pressure of risking real money.

6.Hypothetical performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)

Results shown on fxFundedSim are hypothetical/simulated. U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission Rule 4.41 requires the following notice regarding hypothetical performance:

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

7.No warranty; limitation of liability

fxFundedSim is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fxFundedSim LLC is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its content. Your use is governed by our Terms of Service, which include important limitations of liability.
