Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for paid subscriptions.

1.How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle you choose (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price and your payment method is charged at the start of each cycle until you cancel. We show the price and renewal terms before you buy.

2.How to cancel

You can cancel anytime — no email or phone call required — from the in-app billing portal (Pricing → Manage subscription), which opens Stripe’s secure portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, plus any short grace window we provide, after which your account returns to the free tier.

3.Refunds

Because fxFundedSim is a digital service with immediate access, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods or unused time after a cancellation. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund — for example, for a clear billing error or a duplicate charge. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.

4.EU/UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, by subscribing and gaining immediate access to the digital service, you request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has started, to the extent permitted by law.

5.Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we’ll usually sort it out faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.
